Our Story
Everything we make at Johnny's starts with the same dough recipe that's been in our family for over 25 years. Passed down through generations, our pizza dough is mixed by hand the old-fashioned way — no shortcuts, no machines, just flour, water, yeast, and a whole lot of love.
Our family brought these recipes from the kitchen table to Seattle's International District, and we've been feeding the neighborhood ever since. Every pizza, every pasta, every sauce on our menu carries that same tradition — made fresh daily using the same techniques our family has always used.
